3. Account Creation & Customer Prerequisites
3.1. Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure they meet the technical requirements to use the Service, specifically:

- Active Accounts: Active, compliant accounts on the target social media platforms.
3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FBnumber login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Payment, and Delivery
4.1. Order Processing: Subscriptions and credit packages are purchased directly through our website. By making a purchase, you warrant that all information provided (including payment details) is accurate, current, and complete.
4.2. Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction or subscription at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
4.3. Delivery Mechanism: Upon successful payment verification, access to premium features or additional credits will be applied automatically to your FBnumber account.
5. Usage Limits and Subscriptions

7. Prohibited Conduct

- Extracting data for harassment, stalking, or malicious purposes.
- Selling or distributing the extracted data in bulk to third parties (acting as a data broker).
- Any purpose that interferes with or disrupts the integrity of our software or servers.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Extension.
7.2. Suspension: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund if you are found to be in violation of these prohibitions.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
8.1. General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate allocation of credits/access, refunds are generally not offered once a purchase has been made and credits have been used.
8.2. Eligibility for Refund: A full or partial refund may be granted ONLY if:
- Technical Failure: A persistent, documented technical error on our end prevents you from using the core features of the service, AND our Customer Support team has verified the issue cannot be resolved.
- Accidental Duplicate Charge: If you are billed multiple times for the same transaction in error.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

9.2. Third-Party Actions: FBnumber is not liable for any actions taken against your personal or business accounts by third-party platforms (e.g., account restrictions or bans) resulting from your use of automated tools or browser extensions. You use the software at your own risk.
9.3. Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FBnumber’s total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
